The referral bonus
Every Founding Artist gets a shareable referral link from their dashboard.
When an artist who signed up through your link makes their first sale, you get an extra 30 days at 0% commission. They don't need to be a Founding Artist to count.
Stackable up to 12 bonus months. The referred artist must sign up within one year of your Founding signup date — their first sale can happen anytime after that.
Questions
What does 0% commission actually cover?
The Kúkachew platform commission (normally 15–25% on a sliding scale) is waived. Payment processing fees from Stripe (~2.9% + 30¢ per transaction) still apply — those go to Stripe, not us.
When does my 30-day clock start?
When Kúkachew opens to the public — not at signup or approval. That way early Founding Artists aren't burning their commission-free month while the site is still closed. You'll see the exact expiry date on your dashboard once the clock starts.
What happens after 30 days?
You move to Kúkachew's regular sliding-scale commission (15–25% based on your rolling 14-day sales). Your Founding badge stays forever.
Can I earn more free months?
Yes — every artist you refer who makes their first sale gives you another 30 days at 0%. Up to 12 bonus months, redeemable within one year of your Founding signup.
What if I sign up after all 100 spots are gone?
You can still apply as a regular artist on the standard commission scale — you just won't get the Founding perks.
